New Well Drilling To Begin

Drilling on the new well in Tolegate Canyon will begin on Wednesday the 18th of April. This well was drilled last year as a test hole and produced enough water to go in and make it production hole and water source for the community. Please travel with care and please slow down when going by the drill rig, the employee safety is always the main concern. We will update the website with the production of the well and other construction matters that will occur on the ranch this summer.

Forest Meadows Back On

Crews have found and repaired a leak in Forest Meadows. We still ask everyone to conserve water as we fill our tanks. Thanks and enjoy your time on the ranch.

FOREST MEADOWS OFF UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Crews detected a leak at 11:00P.M. and shut down Forest Meadows to keep the tanks from draining. We believe there is also a leak on the Pine Meadow side and will begin to isolate lines the following day (2/22/2012). We will begin to fill areas to find which area it is in as soon as possible. We will update the website when more information is available.

ISOLATING AREAS TO FIND LEAKS

Begining Monday morning (2/20/2012) crews will begin to isolate areas to find the leaks. When isolating areas crews will shut down valves in certain areas to see if the history trends begin to rise. If water goes out in your area it is due to crews shutting it down. When we shut these areas down it takes around 3 to 4 hours to watch the history trends before they will turn them back on. Once the area is found we will update the website.

Minor Leaks On Ranch Please Conserve Water

We believe there are some minor leaks on the ranch that we cannot pinpoint as of right now. We will continue our search for these leaks and have found some and shut them off. We are asking everyone to please conserve as much water as possible to help us out. The leaks we have found and shut off were do to people leaving there meters on, leaving for long periods of time and having something in there cabin break. Please shut your meter off at the street not inside your cabin the line between there can still leak. We do not pump very much water from our sources (21gallonsperminute) so the saying “Every Drop Counts” really applies to us. Thanks again and we hope you enjoy your time on the ranch….

MINOR LEAK DETECTED ON RANCH

There has been a minor leak detected on the ranch. Crews will be isolating lines this week trying to narrow down the area it is in. If your water is shut off it will more than likely come back on later in the afternoon. We have read all meters and it is not in a meter so now we will begin to look in the main lines. Please keep your eyes out for any water running.

TOLLGATE CANYON WATER RESTORED

The leak down Tollgate Canyon has been repaired and turned on. If you have tanks make sure to top them off incase we have more problems with this area. Thank you for your patients and understanding regarding this matter.

3/4 OF TOLLGATE TURNED BACK ON

3/4 of Tollgate Canyon Water has been restored from the end of the pavement to Bobcat Springs is on. From the pavement down to Tollgate Well (located at the two ponds) will remain off. The leak is under the well house and plans are in place to begin the repair. We will post more regarding this matter as more information is available. Thank you for your patients and we will have water restored as soon as possible.

A-PLAT WATER RESTORED, TOLLGATE TO REMAIN OFF THROUGH THE NIGHT

All of A-Plat has been restored this includes Crow Loop, Iroquois Loop, Modoc Loop and Salt Box. Tollgate Canyon will remain off through the night so crews can trouble shoot more into the problem. We believe we will be able to turn Tollgate on from the asphalt up to Bobcat Springs in the morning(1-12-12).

A-PLAT AND TOLEGATE SHUT OFF

The last weak the water company has been looking for a 10 gallon a minute leak, on Tuesday night the leak developed to 50 gallons per minute. The leak is in the area of A-Plat and Tolegate and has been shut off through the night until crews can get up there Wendesday morning to find the leak in the day light. We will post on the website when we have further information regarding this matter.
