Crews have successfully repaired the line on Pine Meadow Drive all water is back on. We would like to thank the customers who called the leak in, it saved a lot of water for the community. We would like to also thank all of those who put in the time to fix this leak.
Crews have determined the best date to fix the leak will be Thursday March 12th due to a number events that we have to do to fix this leak. If this line shut off does not affect you please conserve your water because this is our pump line that is leaking, and we are unable to put more water in the tanks. If you are traveling Pine Meadow Drive on Thursday crews will be digging and trying to keep one lane of travel open. If you need to fill tanks the frost free yard hydrant on the East side of the maintenace building has been unlocked. Please check back on Thursday for more info regarding this matter.
Crews discovered the leak around 5 P.M. on Saturday night the line has been shut down so no further damage is done to the pipe line and road. Crews will be on site most of Sunday to figure out a way to fix the line in a timely manner. The locks will be taken off of the hydrants at the gravel pit Sunday morning for people to access water. This line damage will affect all people on Pine Meadow Drive and I-Plat. Please check back to the sight for further information regarding this matter we will update it as needed.
