Due to the main line freezing at the intersection of Forgotten Lane and Forest Meadow Road there will be pressure issues and some people with the loss of water. We do not know who this will affect at this time and do not know how long it will be off.

All lines were repaired and turned back on in success and the tanks have filled. Thanks for your patience in these situations, this is our first year to try and fix leaks in the winter time and it has been a learning curve for all of us. Thanks again from Pine Meadow Mutual Water Company.

Due to the leak on Arapahoe Drive crews were unable to fix the leak on Pine Meadow Drive on Tuesday, but the leak will be fixed ASAP within the week. Thank You for your patience and we will turn water on as soon as we get it fixed. All others on the ranch will notice a drop in pressure from the leak on Arapahoe Drive it drained the tanks and will take some time to fill them..

The main pump line from Uncle Toms Well broke late friday night we had to shut it off. With shutting this line off it will put all people on Pine Meadow Drive, I-Plat and some other areas out of water. We will be getting a bluestake for this on monday and will start the repair early monday morning, if all goes well we will slowly turn the line on monday night or first thing tuesday morning. We are still pumping on bobcat side and hopefully this will keep up for the rest of the ranch until we can turn the other well back on….

Elk Rd. and Navajo Dr. have frozen due to the cold weather and lines being so shallow. We will keep an eye on them so when they thaw we can get water restored ASAP, lines at this stage usually do not thaw util April or the first of May. If you need water you can haul it from Bobcat springs, there is a hose bib on the south side of the pump house or there is also a frost free yard hydrant at the gravel pit on the east side of the shop in the upper parking.
